If you don't want to hear whining and complaining, stop reading now....
OK, if you are still with me, let me just say Rachel was right. She was right about maternity clothes. That you outgrow them as you grow bigger. I didn't think she knew what she was talking about, but she sure did. I have officially grown out of at least 3 pairs of my maternity pants now. Ya know the new kind of maternity pants, some stores call them the "hidden panel", it's basically like elastic within the band. Well I bought a few pairs like that when I was in my 2nd trimester, and sure enough, now they are so tight I can't even breathe with them on!! The problem is that because of my height, I can't just go buy maternity pants for $30 bucks from Old Navy. I have to order them online, or go to the really expensive maternity stores to get them long enough. So now I am stuck with these maternity pants that I spent too much money on and I can't wear for the remainder of my pregnancy. Now the positive side to this is I will be able to wear them next time I get pregnant (God willing). But ya know, I can't really think about that right now. Now I just have to figure out how to get through the next 9 weeks with the clothes I have. I love skirts and dresses too, and have a few of those that are really comfy still, but it is winter out here for the most part, and wearing hose is not something I am enjoying right now either! SO maybe I can try to find some good deals as spring clothes come into style and winter goes out, and get some FULL panel pants. Those are the ones that fit the best people!! Not the hidden panels! So on that note, here is your belly pic for the week. Don't you love the shirt? Thanks Dawn!! And honestly I am not trying to complain about being big and pregnant - I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world!

You poor thing! Believe me, I know the angst of finding pants that fit, so prego or not, I know what you are going through and it ain't fun!!! Love the belly pic! You look really good, I wish I was out there with you (or you were here rather :)) so I could experience this with you guys! Just know I love you and think of you daily!!!! Misty
I knew you would understand - it's not fun normally, and being pregnant just makes things harder! I wish we could be in the same place experiencing this too! Love you dearly!!
I could never get used to the under the belly maternity pants. The full panel ones fit me so much better, especially at the end of the pregnancy. I was just looking at your pregnancy timeline thing and when I was 30 weeks 3 days pregnant with Joey, my water had just broken and I was in the hospital. He was born at 31 weeks 1 day. You really are almost done! Try and enjoy the last few weeks of baby baking!
Thanks Autumn! I am definitely feeling like there is SO much more to do and I am running out of time, but it's mostly the room! Once it gets done I will be ok - I think!
I love the belly picture! I think we are the same size and I am 10 weeks behind you.
I stressed so much about the nursery and Owen didn't even sleep in there until he was 5 months old. Really all you need is food, diapers and love. The rest is all just for you at this point.
I can't wait to see this little one!!!
Any plans of a shower here???
You look great! I have no sympathy for the wardrobe issues- I was in maternity clothes at 3 1/2 months! I love the belly pictures!! Can't wait until May, I know you can't either!-Ali
Oh yes,I remember those days. I couldnt keep my pants up for anything. It was awful. And they were the full belly ones!!!!!Anyways, I am sorry about your clothes. Maybe a good side is you can wear them a little bit after she is born. ( I know the thought is awful but I had to keep wearing my maternity clothes for a little while after Rylie was born)
Love the belly shot!!!!!
I am 100% with you Shannon! I am so uncomfortable right now in my maternity clothes that I hate getting dressed for work in the morning. I'd rather stay home in my sweatpants and t-shirt than squeeze into my pants any longer. With only 6 weeks left to go I just can't justify going out and buying more clothes...so I'm toughing it out.
You look awesome (as always) and I love the belly pic. We're going to take some more this weekend. You'll be shocked to see how much my belly has grown in the last month. I swear I am having a baby elephant...not a child :)
Love ya!

Elisa - I know exactly what you are saying! I had to buy a dress yesterday for a work dinner, and now I am thinking I probably won't wear it again - until next time, hopefully! I can't wait to see the new belly pics!
You're beautiful! Enjoy it....cause life is about to change, you'll miss getting to sleep in!!!! Oh and take naps, Oh and eat warm meals.....But it's all worth it!
By the way...remember that Bella Band you might have used as you transitioned into maternity clothes. I got mine back out and started using it with my maternity pants. It made a world of difference.
